Björn och Annika Eichmüller

Grevlunda Bär och Vingård

Grevlunda Bär och Vingård is located in East Skåne. The berries are grown in a soil of glacial sea and moraine clay with a lot of radiation from the sea. No tunnels, growing beds, ground cover, plastic strips, plant cloths, greenhouses or planting soil. Only sustainable cultivation with slow ripening for taste, nutritional content and durability. They drive electric vehicles both on the farm and for delivery, as well as a fuel-efficient small transport vehicle.

Håkan Rasmusson

Värpinge Grön Gårdsbutik

Rinnebäcks gård in Värpinge village on the western edge of Lund is a multifunctional organic farm run by the Rasmusson family since 1910. All their crops are pesticide free and they do not use synthetic fertilizers. They are KRAV-organic certified and sell products under the brand "Värpinge Grön".

They drive an electric car to LMK and have only about 4 km to Stenkrossen. They also have their own wind turbine, which produces about twice as much electricity as they consume. They are very active and structured in reducing/analyzing their carbon footprint and increasing biodiversity. Feel free to reach out to them if you want to know more.

Martine & Göran

Honungsgården

We are Martine and Göran and we run the Honey Farm. We are two beekeepers who do beekeeping in our spare time. We have our bees mainly around Lund and at Björnstorp. We offer good quality honey. We make the honey with gentle craft methods. We get honey with different flavors by having apiaries located in different places. We do not heat our honey and we produce everything ourselves without adding anything. From cup to jar it takes about four days. We take care of our bees and treat them as naturally as possible. Our bees are inspected every spring to confirm they are healthy.

Ragnhild Fernlund

Ragnhild Fernlund

My name is Ragnhild Fernlund. I live in Lund, and I grew up with a large family that at the time was a bit like Mandelmann (TV show) - but 40 years ago! My parents had a house in the countryside outside of Landskrona with a big garden. We were almost self-sufficient with fruits and vegetables (although my parents had other jobs). My mother baked bread and cooked all our food from scratch. I try to live my life today in the same way. I bought a summerhouse outside of Simrishamn that "happened" to be an old fruit orchard with 350 fruit trees - 260 pear trees and 90 apple trees. Together with my friends, we try to take care of the place, harvest the fruits, prune the trees and take care of the grounds to restore it.

Every year at the end of September I host an "open garden" for friends and neighbors in Brantevik. Everyone can pick their fruits for free and I offer soup, coffee and apple cake. For those who want to, you can help out and prune some trees and work a bit - but only if you feel like it!
